SYNOPSIS

In this up close and personal series host Peter Thompson (one of Australia’s greatest authorities on cinema) draws compelling and unexpected stories from these great Australian stars of motion picture as he examines their background, the rigors of their work, their individual approaches and their advice to others on their journey. Discover through their own words how each of these actors was able to make their dream careers become a reality.

Masterclass was filmed in front of a live studio audience and had its world premier on the Ovation Channel in 2007. The series was produced in close association with the Australian Film, Television and Radio School and the Ovation Channel and produced by Paul Clarke, an award winning executive producer with many international awards in Arts film and television.
